1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using www.utsavika.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. FESTIVE SEASON ORDERS & TIMELINES
2.1 Order Processing:

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis

During peak festive season (Diwali period), order processing may take 3-4 business days
-
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
2.2 Delivery Timelines:

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
-
Express delivery: 2-3 business days (subject to availability and location)

CRITICAL: For Diwali delivery, orders must be placed minimum 5 days before Diwali (by October 12, 2025)

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
2.3 Festive Rush Disclaimer:

Last-minute orders may not be delivered before Diwali

We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 Product Details

All products are handcrafted/curated items and may have minor variations in color, design, or finish

Product images are for representation purposes only

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee exact replication of images
3.2 Fragile Items:

Products contain fragile decorative items (diyas, pooja thalis, containers)

While we pack securely, we are not liable for damages during transit

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video as evidence
3.3 Perishable/Fresh Items:

If hampers include fresh flowers, sweets, chocolates, dryfruits or perishables, shelf life is limited

Consumer must inspect immediately upon delivery

No returns accepted for perishable items after 24 hours
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST

Prices are subject to change without notice

Festive season pricing may differ from regular pricing

Once order is confirmed, price is locked
4.2 Payment:

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards and Digital Wallets

Payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the customer

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment

We do not store card/payment information on our servers
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service Interruptions:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website

Not liable for technical glitches, payment gateway failures, or cyber issues
Third-Party Services:

We use third-party courier and payment services

We are not liable for their actions, delays, or failures

Disputes with third parties to be resolved directly
Maximum Liability:

Our total liability is limited to the order value

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages

Force majeure events absolve us of liability
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Any activity under customer account is customer's responsibility
Prohibited Use:

Resale of products for commercial purposes without authorization

Fraudulent transactions or misuse of platform

Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only
Dispute Resolution:

Customer must first attempt resolution through our customer service

Mediation preferred before legal action
